RAVENSBURY TERRACE

Set in the heart of Earlsfield, this project involved a full back to brick refurbishment alongside a new loft conversion and a rear side return extension, completely transforming the property from the ground up. Stripped right back, the house was fully re-wired, re-plumbed and re-plastered before being rebuilt with high spec finishes throughout. The rear side return extension created a wonderful open plan kitchen and living area, flooded with natural light and finished with premium flooring, sleek handleless cabinetry and integrated German appliances. Upstairs, the new loft conversion added a spacious principal bedroom with a striking en-suite, making full use of previously wasted roof space. Every detail, from the joinery to the ironmongery, was finished to an exceptionally high standard, giving the whole home a cohesive, contemporary feel from top to bottom. Our favourite part of this project would have to be the seamless flow between the extended kitchen and garden, made possible with slim-framed bi-fold doors!
