This project saw a full back to brick refurbishment and conversion of a period property into two residential flats, carefully retaining original character features and the impressive high ceilings the building had to offer. To the ground floor, we created three commercial office spaces, including a brand new build extension to the rear to maximise the available footprint. Both flats were finished to a high standard throughout, with sleek German kitchens paired with Quartz worktops, durable LVT flooring and stylish LED light features creating a modern, functional living space. Bathrooms were fitted with premium Grohe sanitaryware, complementing the overall high spec finish carried through the whole scheme. Balancing the retained period charm with contemporary living and workspace, this project is a great example of sensitive conversion done well. Our favourite part of this project would have to be how seamlessly the new rear office build blends with the original period frontage!
