Nestled in the heart of Abbeville Village, Clapham, this luxury home underwent a complete back to brick refurbishment alongside a new extension and loft conversion, transforming the property into a truly high-end family home. Stripped right back to the brickwork, the house was fully rebuilt with an uncompromising specification throughout, including underfloor heating and automated lighting across every floor, paired with air conditioning for year-round comfort. The extension created a stunning open plan kitchen and living space, finished with a bespoke German kitchen and beautiful herringbone flooring flowing seamlessly throughout the ground floor. Traditional timber sash windows were fitted to preserve the character of the property while blending it effortlessly with the contemporary finish. To the rear, a standalone garden room was built to house a private home gym, giving the family a dedicated space to train without leaving home. The new loft conversion completed the transformation, adding further luxurious living space in keeping with the exceptional standard set throughout the rest of the house. Our favourite part of this project would have to be the garden room gym, a real statement addition that perfectly balances luxury and function!
