Shirley Hills

We were asked to complete a substantial renovation project in September 2019. The property was formerly a three-bedroom semi-detached home sitting on a generous plot, and planning permission had been granted for a four metre rear extension and double storey wrap around side extension, increasing the overall footprint by 110%. With a large rear garden and extensive parking, the home makes perfect use of its natural space.

Two new reception rooms were added to the ground floor along with a new family bathroom, a bespoke hand-made kitchen with high end integrated appliances, and new master bedroom with en-suite and a separate walk in wardrobe. We created false ceilings in all the rooms with shadow lighting to add unique modern character.

The ground floor rear extension features stunning seven metres of bi-folding doors out to a large patio area and 150 ft garden. This beautiful residence also has full home automation incorporated by our designers to really bring that twenty-first century modern living into fruition.
