Our remit was to conduct a full refurbishment of the property, add a double storey wrap around with single storey rear extension and fully landscape the garden area, creating a multi-level entertaining area for those summer nights.
We added an exciting mix of modern simplicity, warm textures and traditional features to ensure we fully met the client's design brief and expectations. Cooking, whilst enjoying the large dining table and deep rear sofas, made this the perfect multi-functional space for family and entertaining.
The continuation of walls, ceiling, floor and lighting from inside to out, made the patio feel part of the room. In large open planned spaces, bi-fold doors are a very effective way to break up the space as well as flooding it with lots of light.
We also paved the driveway space adding box planters filled with white stones to add layers of texture and give the façade a soft and inviting feel whilst contrasting against the stunning grey silicone rendering applied to the property.
Complete with its own billiards room the client was truly amazed once we handed back the finished product.
