CASTLEDINE ROAD

This was a project carried out for the Instagram property tycoon Property By Kaz! This project consisted of a split conversion of an existing single dwelling into 2 luxury flats; this was done via a rear extension, roof space conversion into vaulted ceilings and reconfiguration of all areas. The ground floor unit became a 3 bed 2 bath duplex apartment led onto a private garden area via two sliding doors. The first floor unit became a 2 bed 2 bath apartment benefiting from En-suites, integral balcony and plenty of Velux skylights to let in natural light. The finishes used in both units were of high standard with a mixture of brushed brass, satin nickel and matt black. Our favourite part of this project would have to be the very cleverly designed integral balcony thus adding the feeling of being in an outside airy space!
